Have you taken your vitamins today? As you know vitamins have several important functions for your body. Some say they are almost as important as a daily dose of TFB’s Photo Of The Day, and we agree of course. So here’s another dose of important pictures, but instead of magnesium, iron, calcium and Omega 3, there’s more lead, brass and gunpowder involved here.

Above you can – kind of – see a sniper with 2nd Squadron, 14th Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division as he scans for targets during a fire support coordination exercise. This happened a while back, in November 2019 at the Pohakuloa Training Area on the Island of Hawaii. The FSCX is one of the most realistic training events offered, allowing junior leaders to gain practical experience with calling coordinated fire missions and observing fires effects when paired with a maneuver element.

Below is a U.S. Army soldier surveying targets during a fire support coordination exercise.
